Mint makes use of a small database to make itself extremely portable. You can simply copy and paste one database file to another computer, and it should work.

Mint is semi-integrated with selected and supported gateways such as PAX. You can connect Mint to any merchant services of your choice and Mint puts no charges on any transactions.
